History

Moonbeans band was founded at the south of the Czech republic in 2009. At the very start, there were 3 members: Stupka’s Sisters and a double bassist Tomas Siroky.

Sisters Ziza and Tereza have been playing together since their childhood. When the double-bassist Tomas joined the band they’ve started to call themselves The Moonbeans.

In 2013 tom and Ziza moved to England which parted the original band. Settled in Pevensey Bay in East Sussex, they continue playing as a duo. An amazing drummer Terry Mabey joined the band 1st June 2014 to make the sound of a duo complete and rounded and you can hear The Moonbeans as a full band now, gigging mostly over the South-East coast of England.

Time to time Tereza comes to visit the England. In this rare occasions you can hear The Moonbeans accompanied by her beautiful singing and universal piano skills.
